NSCMIRTP Staffing Update

Dear Registrants,

I'm writing to update you on recent staffing changes at NSCMIRTP. We've welcomed a new Administrative Assistant, Colleen McGarrity, who brings valuable experience in regulatory college administration. Colleen will be taking over Joanne's role. Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Colleen.

On another note, Simeon Atunbi will be leaving his position as the Deputy Registrar at NSCMIRTP effective April 5th, due to an exciting new opportunity in his field. We wish him the best in his future endeavours. While the turnover in staff has been higher than usual, rest assured that we have established processes in place to ensure the smooth operation of the College.

To maintain continuity during this transition, we've engaged Karren Fader to serve as interim Registrar. Karren brings extensive regulatory experience, having recently served as interim ED for the Nova Scotia Regulated Health Professions Network. She has also held top leadership positions at CAMRT and the NSAMRT in the past. We're grateful to Karren for her support during this transitionary period.

As mentioned previously, we anticipate some challenges during this time of change. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated as we navigate through these transitions.
