In Nova Scotia, students can attend the Dalhousie School of Health Sciences in Halifax to complete a program in Radiological Technology, Nuclear Medicine or Diagnostic Medical Sonography. This school also offers a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program as a 2nd discipline to one of the above. Nova Scotia does not currently offer a Radiation Therapy program. Most Nova Scotian students choose to attend the Michener Institute in Toronto, Ontario, to study radiation therapy.
