NSRMIRT Governance Documents

The NSRMIRT is governed by the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA), Regulations and Bylaws. The Act refers to written laws enacted by the provincial government that outline the responsibilities and powers granted to the NSRMIRT. Under the RHPA, both general and professional-specific Regulations exist. NSRMIRT profession-specific regulations are presently under development. The Bylaws are the rules set by the NSRMIRT Board on how the organization is governed and conducts business.
